• There are no additional charges in the future.
• The payment is non-refundable once the service is accepted.

2. Service Content

Scholarship Study Abroad Service

We provide detailed guidance on the application process for various scholarships in China, assist with document preparation, and offer personalized advice to improve the chances of success. However, we cannot guarantee the award of a scholarship, as final decisions are made by the respective scholarship committees.

Self-Funded Study Abroad Service

We offer full support for self-funded study applications, including document preparation, application deadline reminders, and system navigation. Our expertise allows us to provide strategic advice to strengthen applications, but final admission decisions remain at the discretion of universities.

3. Responsibility Statement
• While we provide expert guidance and application support, we do not control final decisions made by universities or scholarship committees. Factors such as academic performance, language proficiency, personal statements, and competition levels influence outcomes.
• CIES Study does not guarantee scholarship approvals or university admissions.

4. Client Responsibility
• The client must ensure all application materials are authentic and valid.
• The client must actively cooperate throughout the process.
• Providing false documents or failing to cooperate may result in application failure, for which CIES Study bears no responsibility.
