What is an English proficiency certificate?
For English-taught programs, universities and CSC want proof of your English level. This can be an international test such as IELTS or TOEFL, or an official letter from your previous university saying that your studies were taught and assessed in English. This letter is often called an English proficiency certificate or medium of instruction letter.
